The system is very easy to use. Simply placed the gel in the mouth tray and placed the tray in your mouth then the UV light and wait 20 minutes. The hard of the procedure was the waiting. It is hard to find something to do with all that in your mouth and not just sit there watching time drag on is hard but thank goodness for smartphones.
The 20 minutes when by and ding you are done. The tray cleans up simply by rinsing it out. You can see a difference even after just one treatment.

Ok so my baby may be of the furry kind but I still want a keep sake while they are still puppies. When I found the Baby Footprint Kit I had to look into doing this for Olivia and Jaxon. I read up on it and spoke with someone there to ensure it would be safe for the pugs. After talking with my vet too I was convinced that this would be a great project to print their sweet little paws. Hopefully they would agree and let me.
I did have to wait until they were a little calm and run down from playing so I could get them to sit still for this. The kit makes it very easy to do though. The ink strips can be used multiple times and come in a bag that you can seal back up for later use. They even include wet wipes to clean off the "paws" once you have completed the print. Just as if you were doing this for a baby's foot you have to be sure to clean all the ink off once you are done.
I really love the prints. I am still working with them to get the best paw print possible. It does take some time and patience but the ink strips provided give you plenty of attempts to get the perfect paw print.

They look sweet and perfect but don't let those faces fool you.
Olivia and Jaxon believe they are the Queen and King of my household. They rule the roost and that is how they like it. But Momma is determined to take charge back or at least some of it.
Olivia and Jaxon are very hyper puppies still and getting their attention can be very difficult. The PetVitalix Dog Whistle comes in very handy to help get their attention focused on me and what I want them to do. It is also helping me work with them and their barking. Right now if a leaf falls outside they are at the window letting it know this is their house and to go away.
I have begun keeping the whistle on the lanyard around my neck and when they start their barking like crazy pugs I simply blow the whistle to get their attention away from whatever they were barking at. This works wonders to distract them for the car, bike rider or squirrel that cause them to go on a barking frenzy.

It also helps when their playing gets a little too carried away and they look like they may hurt each other. They play a little too rough for Mommy sometimes.
Jaxon has been the one to respond the best to the whistle so far. It really gets his attention focus on you instead of whatever else he was doing at the time. It has helped me get him to sit easier. I can blow the whistle and he will stop what he is doing and look at me I say sit and he is sitting. Maybe not for long but we will work on that. Getting their attention is a big start.

Olivia is slow to respond to the whistle. I am still learning the best pitch for her. So I have to adjust it differently when I am working on training with her. The good thing though is for the barking if Jaxon responds by focusing on me she follows suit so I can use one pitch for them both on that.
I can even be in the kitchen and they start barking at something out the window I blow the whistle and it stops and they come and look at me for instruction. Well I say instructions but I think its more like ok where is our treat?

The one thing I have to warn you about with the whistle is to be mindful. I have nearly lost it a couple of times. When I adjust the pitch the screw that holds it together is very sensitive and sometimes while wearing it around my neck the simple movement from me doing things the whistle has come unscrewed. Luckily I was using it and paying attention so I noticed pretty quickly it has came apart and was able to retrace my steps and find the bottom part before it was lost forever. There is also an EBook it comes with is a great guide for dog training tips for using your whistle.

I confess, I love to see Olivia in adorable outfits. She is willing to cooperate mostly. Especially if there are doggy treats as rewards. I have to say though she absolutely loved her Micha Doggy Wear Peace Shirt. She wore is all day never tried to remove it. She loved it.

The material reminds me of that you find in a baby onesie because it is so soft and breathable made from cotton. That is needed cause Olivia may be wearing a Peace shirt but she is not so peaceful!

The Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salts are amazing. Soaking in a hot tub with the sea salts just helps your day melt away. You still are left feeling soft and muscles soothed. It has been a stressful few days and when I had finally just had enough I decided it was time for some “me time."
This is the view I have of the bathroom door. Olivia and Jaxon were not happy they were not allowed in. I told them nope its Mommy Time!

The instructions say to use a cup of sea salt but who keeps a measuring cup in the bathroom so I just added a couple of handfuls to the bath water and agitated the water to circulate the sea salt.
Then I just let the Dead Sea Salt take away my stress. After a long hot soak in the salt I felt more relaxed and unwound. The Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salt helps ease sore muscles and just relax your nerves. There was not any odor to the salts. I did also add a few drops of lavender essential oil as I love adding that to my bath. You feel like your bathroom has transformed into a spa.

Olivia and Jaxon do get mucus build up around their eyes. Olivia get this a little more than Jaxon.

Fresh Paws Tear Stain Remover is simple to use. Simple pour some solution onto a cotton ball or paper towel and wipe around the eye.
Do not wipe in the eye but around it.
I did this twice a week and Olivia and Jaxon both have much cleaning looking eyes now.
