CLASSIQUE JULIENNE VEGETABLE PEELER & SLICER REVIEW

The julienne vegetable peeler and slicer is a handy tool to have in the kitchen. This peeler works extremely well. The blades are very sharp and it easily peels any vegetables. It has no trouble with cucumbers, zucchini or potatoes.

When you are ready for some julienned vegetables simply flip the tool over and it juliennes your vegetables in one motion. This is such a great feature. I love to julienne vegetables for salad and for a stir fry but I have terrible knife skills and end up with all different sized pieces and it looks a hot mess. This tool allows you to easily and uniformly make julienned vegetables. It is very sharp so I recommend laying the vegetable on a hard surface to just ensure you do not cut yourself.

Once you have peeled and julienned your vegetables the tool cleans up easily in the dishwasher. It even has a handy opening at the end for hang up storage. Since this is such a sharp blade that is a good way to store the gadget to ensure you do not cut yourself looking for it in the utensil drawer.

 The gadget comes with a bonus basting brush. This a nice little brush as it is made of silicone and allows you to baste your vegetables with sauce or butter easily. It can even baste something you are grilling or baking without worry of the brush getting too hot and melting. Then when done the brush is dishwasher safe for easy clean up.

I am very pleased with the Classique Julienne Vegetable Peeler & Slicer and bonus brush. I think it will make my cooking a little easier now.
